Terms & Conditions:
Auction Registration Fee: R5 000 payable prior to the auction via EFT (refundable). Purchasers will be required to log onto our website
to register www.8threalm.co.za. A copy of ID and current proof of address will be required, where upon the purchaser will be allocated a
bidders profile and bidders number. Invoices will comprise of the hammer price plus 10% buyers commission plus 15% Vat. All invoices
are to be paid 24 hours post the auction.
